Shipping Policy
We offer shipping via: Ground UPS; 3-Day UPS;
2-Day UPS; Next-Day UPS; Next-Day Saturday UPS. WE REQUIRE a complete street
address (no P.O. Boxes) for UPS delivery. UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
UPS- Delivers Monday thru Friday and does not
normally work on weekends. They do offer one Saturday delivery as a NEXT-DAY
SATURDAY. The cost is $15.00 more than the standard Next-Day rate. Orders placed
on Friday by Noon (CST) can specify NEXT-DAY SATURDAY and the package will be
delivered on Saturday. There is no Sunday delivery available.
Foreign shipments are based on the package weight
and the final destination. We do not know this actual charge until we take your
package to the post office and they determine the price. You will be charged the
actual postage cost they determine.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship
internationally at this time.
Please allow 2-3 days to receive and process your
order in-house. We will try our best to accommodate your rush requests. If you
would like your order shipped out "Next-Day" please place your order by
telephone before 12:00pm (Noon) CST. If your order is in stock we will rush our
in-house processing to accommodate your special request and ship the order out
the same day by Next-Day UPS.

Next Day UPS is guaranteed by 10:30a.m. the next business day
2-Day UPS is guaranteed by End of Day--2 Days
3-Day UPS is guaranteed by End of Day--3 Days

by UPS. Rates shown above. Ground service not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
APO/FPO Parcel Post delivery requires that we are
only responsible for proof of delivery to your APO/FPO address. We cannot be
responsible for lost packages once they have been received into and confirmed at
the APO/FPO. You will need to contact your APO/FPO for tracing packages from
that point. All APO/FPO packages are sent certified.
UPS provides us with the capability to trace your
package during any stage of the delivery. If you feel your package is taking an
unusually long amount of time for delivery, please let us know and we will trace
the package for you. Please have your order number ready when calling us.

Return Policy
All returns must be made within 15 days of delivery to your address. The item must be returned in new and unused condition to the following address:

In the case of furs, there must be no sign of wear on the product and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept any item that has any indication that is has been used.
In the case of jewelry or watches, the item must be returned in its original box, with all warranties parts and accessories included to insure full credit. “New and Unused” means no scratches, marks or blemishes on the item. Fragrances must be returned unopened in their original cartons.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (excluding the shipping fee), will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
If the item you are returning is a special offer or “gift with purchase” please return that item in its original condition, or you may choose to have the cost of that item subtracted from your original invoice.
Kindly enclose the Return Form with your returned item to facilitate identifying your return to your account and allowing us to credit your amount as soon as possible.
If at all possible, we suggest you fax a copy of the Return Form to us at 212-244-0182 so that we can credit your amount as soon as your box is received. Many customers forget to enclose the Return Form and it delays the crediting procedure. By receiving advance notification of your Return, we are able to assure you that this will not happen. Ship your return prepaid and insured for the full purchase price, by a carrier that offers insurance for the full amount, and that offers package tracking, such as United States registered mail, United Parcel Service (UPS) or - for amounts insured under $500 - Federal Express, to the address printed on the Return Form.
NOTE: Use caution when returning jewelry items (gemstones, diamonds or pearls) via the United States Postal Service. Your shipment may be subject to irradiation which can cause damage to jewelry.
In the event that you are unable to return the item within our 15 day window of return, kindly let us know by e-mail and we will seek to help you out. However, if you do not notify us, we reserve the right to deduct your credit card for the full amount of the item ordered.
